What this website does technically

Contact form

Collects name, company, email, optional phone, topic and message. With no backend connected, the enquiry is handed to the sender's own mail client and nothing is stored on the server.

Consent

The form requires explicit consent before it can be submitted.

Local storage

Language and colour scheme are stored in the visitor's own browser (emmysoft-lang, emmysoft-theme). Nothing is transmitted to a server.

External content

The Plus Jakarta Sans typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits the visitor's IP address to Google. Self-hosting the font avoids this.

Cookies and tracking

This version sets no cookies and embeds no analytics or tracking. If either is added, this section must be extended.

The product runs on Salesforce. Processing of customer data inside the product is governed separately and is not covered by this website policy.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The full wording follows with the legal review.
